very good location and very comfortable bed, had everything required for an overnight or longer stay, would definitely recommend.

It was well equipped and I love that she has a nice black theme going.it was clean and had everything you would need in a home, shower felt good too.

The property was really cold. Even though the heating works the property was still a cold. You’d have to leave it on for ages for you to be warm. One of the bedroom is starting to have damp on the ceiling BUT that’s not so bad at the moment

A cosy home from home feel. The central heating was on! We only stayed overnight but everything was there for a short or long stay i.e fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, washing machine and TV/ wifi connection. The house was in the heart of |Lindley and within walking distance of the venue we were visiting. Although there were only three of us , the house was two double bedded and also had a bed settee. The beds were comfortable.

If I am being very picky, could do with some clothes pegs to hang clothes on the washing line outside, this is very minor.

Nice little place for a home away from home feel. Very comfy beds. Small but spacious. Clear instructions for arrival and friendly host. Good location with many shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area

On a cobbley road which could be difficult to get down depending on how people have parked. Can't be helped by host though and parking is available on next street if you want to avoid it
