Very clean, well equipped, quiet, secure accommodation. Comfy beds and sofa bed. Strong pressure in shower. Liked having a balcony and a kettle

A little awkward getting in as no instructions provided to get in through the locked door from the street. The shower would often run out of hot water, and on the last morning there was no hot water at all. The air conditioning worked well most of the time but something was up with it the final night so we had an uncomfortable sleep

Very comfortable for our small group of three friends, for short stay (two nights). Location is perfect, very safe and quiet zone, dont need public transport because every important landmarks / squares are near the apartment. Restaurants and coffee bars are also close. Kitchen is well equpped with everything important. Wi Fi is ok. Small but cozy place for 2 or max 3 persons

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It is just as in the pictures. Though compact, it’s comfortable and ideal for exploring Bologna. It’s equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including a good mattress and reliable Wi-Fi.

May not be ideal for very tall guests (over 1.80 m) due to the low ceiling height in the bathroom.
