USTHE restaurant was not open , the key was just left on to of a light , my car got blocked in at some time during the night , thier where people drinking and loutering around late into the night

USUSUSWasn't the cleanest. We had storms with tornadoes 🌪 come our way management seemed unconcerned when asked about shelter. We got up and drove around to find shelter in case we needed it. Seat in deck out front and smelled sewer bad.
USUSI made a reservation for two rooms and they sold them out from under me. Worse yet, they didn't contact me or Booking.com to let me know. I showed up to find the office empty of staff and when I called was told that Booking.com had not set up the reservation, however, I hadn't mentioned that I made the reservation through the site.
