Thornhill cottage with views of the Trossachs

Accommodation was immaculate, and the hosts lovely. Extra touches such as fresh coffee and milk were impressive as was the aromatherapy dehumidifier. The local pub is pretty awesome too.

We liked that the house was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, the hosts were easy to talk to and the locals were lovely. Neighbour hood was quiet, just what we all needed. The shower was for the disabled which was good for one of my sisters. Big thumbs up from us all.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hosts or the house or the location.

Elaine and James were lovely hosts, very accommodating and allowed us to arrive early and leave whatever time we wanted on the Sunday as there was no one booked in until the Tuesday. The House was immaculate and had everything you needed, including candles (lovely touch) and choccy biscuits, milk,tea, coffee. Excellent place thankyiu so much guys ❤️

Our only criticism was it stated there was a fireplace but its actually been blocked off, which is a shame as I was looking for a place with an open fire. There was little stand alone heaters so the house did feel a little cold at times and also a little bit out the way of callander itself so we had to drive in and out to get to have dinner out etc ... the local pub had lovely friendly characters who bought everyone a takeaway (lovely touch) so all in all a great wee stay
