The hotel is new, very close to the beach, cleaning was timely and thorough, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotels opposite are really close and and standing window-to-window. So far they are empty and it didn't bother me at all, but when/if they will open, it will be hard to find privacy in rooms.

The hotel is brand new and has very helpful staff despite limited English. We were kindly offered a free upgrade on arrival. The complex has 3 very large pools and is located conveniently near the beach and sailing club restaurant

Unfortunately/fortunately, this place around the hotel is deserted. Around 95% of the buildings are empty and therefore there is poor choice of restaurants that are much more expensive than you'd expect to pay anywhere else in Vietnam. It is around a 20-30 scooter/taxi ride to the town which can soon become costly.
