Huge Riad, ensuite bedroom on each floor. Fantastic large roof terrace with sun loungers. Very secure residential complex with security and some cafes in the complex. This is a large residential compound off a busy main road , so once you leave there is not much nearby. Lots of other tourists in the compound though so I think lots of other Airbnb there. Cafe Sofia in the square was good for a meal on the days we had been out all day. Very friendly hosts, easy to communicate with. Number of key safe to access Riad sent on arrival. Arranged taxi for us to collect at airport and for return journey.

The beds were quite hard for us. Probably normal for Morocco. We don't eat a lot of sweet things or sugar for health reasons so breakfast was not ideal for us. Would be ok if you like pancakes, jams, nutella. Eggs were brought when requested. Too far to walk to Medina for us at the temps were 38c when we visited, and traffic so busy for walking and crossing roads. Taxi drivers struggled to find address, and we always had trouble negotiating a taxi from square with Google maps to show location. One driver got lost and had to stop and ask.

It has plenty of space.

The place was amazing, big and clean. With kids we appreciated the heater. The lady prepared tasty breakfast every morning and on the arrival day we asked for the dinner as well, it was no problem. Highly reccomend.

Location, closed to medina. Ample room for large family or group. Freshly prepared breakfast of your choice. The staff lady who kept the riad cleaned was very cooperative and hardworking. Security of complex was good.

property infested with badbugs, cockroaches and ants. Cats making hellish noise, mess and the owner who was offended when I informed him about all this. What's more, he scolded me for staying one night in excellent conditions and with breakfast. I paid £73 for one night and left in the morning at 8 o'clock (without having breakfast), after a night spent on the chairs due to bad bugs and of cockroaches. Dirty beds, unusable crockery and utensils. I don't know who gave those reviews but my first day of vacation was a disaster. Impertinent host..

Chadia the lady who came and made us breakfast was such a beautiful lady. The kids loved her. The place is amazing with all the details and the neighbours are great too

I didn't like that I didn't book for longer. I wish we could of stayed.

Amazing, beautiful place, exactly as described!! Good location just half an hour walk from centre of Marrakesh. The lady who was looking after us was very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Highly recommend it!!
