"After even pre booking, she refused to give room and asking for overcharge"

We booked this place 24 hour before reaching there, we got the confirmation mail and everything, when we reached there the lady at that counter in the hotel refused us to give room, first she said we are all booked we dont have single room vacant, after some sime she said i can give you room but in 100gel ( i booked it online in 75gel) Even in the beginning she said we dont have any booking of yours

The staff was kind and attentive. The location of the holtel is perfect as there are a few restaurants next door and it is in the city center and there are a lot of supermarkets close by. Overall, I was very happy.
