Beautiful room in a wonderful peaceful location. The perfect place to relax. Wish we could have stayed for longer! Will definitely make a return visit! Loved the hamper in the morning filled with lots of breakfast treats!

Breakfasts were superb - not the usual "full English", but a nice change which was less taxing on the digestion! Also, the hosts were flexible - because of watching our sugar intake, we asked if more savoury items could be included. They were changed without a quibble from the next morning. They also added extra treats to the breakfast tray when they knew it was my birthday - a totally unsolicited extra, but lovely to receive.

There was nothing we didn't like, apart from some aircraft noise from an RAF station. But this was mainly during daylight hours, and we were out a lot.

I cant really fault anything at all, the only thing was the mirrors were all a little high for my Mum and she couldn't see in them!

It is rare to find a B&B as nice as this. Located in a small village a short way off the beaten track, Home Farm House contains two linked family businesses - Hunters B&B and Hunters Academy of Food. Hosts Gary and Nichola have clearly thought things through, and the result of their efforts is spectacular. The B&B, located in one of the renovated barns, contains two nicely sized, beautifully decorated, and quiet rooms, which are clearly a product of Nichola’s extensive hospitality management expertise. Breakfast (which seems to be increasing rare in B&Bs) is equally wonderful and the basket that appears magically outside the room door is filled with morning treats that highlight Gary’s talents as of the UK’s leading chocolatiers (indeed, the pair operate the Hunters of Holt Chocolatier shop about 30 minutes northeast). Communication for our visit was prompt, friendly, and accurate, and Gary met us on arrival to show us the ins and outs. Similarly, he was able to rhyme off several local options when we asked for dinner suggestions. There is lots of free parking in the shingle courtyard, and there are numerous outlets in the room to recharge electronics. Our only regrets? Not being able to stay longer.

Location ideal in village where lived many years ago. Also ideal for local show for which I had a ticket. I am a coeliac which was properly cared for with the breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing I did not like. One suggestion (not particularly important) - being female a full length mirror, maybe a cheval or fixed, would have been appreciated.

Loved absolutely everything; from our welcome brownies and chocolates, gorgeous rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom and fluffy towels to the BEST picnic breakfast. I would go out of my way to stay again, easy booking and check in/out. I only wish I’d known about the possible baking weekends before booking and I’d have tried to fit that in too!
