The shower facilities were out of this World. The breakfast was beautiful.

Nothing. Would have loved to stay even longer.

The location was very nice, very rural. Lovely dark skies.

We arrived on a frosty day. The rooms were freezing cold so that sleep was hard to come by. Having mentioned the problem to our host the following morning heaters were provided which sorted out the problem. Breakfast was sparse and though the pastries were delicious they were dry to eat without some conserve or butter. There was no decaffeinated tea.

There was nothing we did not like.

The room was beautifully decorated and the secure garden was great for our two dogs. Set in beautiful grounds crumble cottage was a real treat as were the chocolates and macaroons waiting in our room.

Beautifully decorated, nice private garden secure for the dog. The breakfast was a pure delight, freshly baked pastry’s were delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for a cycling holiday, lots of very quiet roads and not too far from the coast. Good parking, secure storage for very expensive bikes overnight. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, good shower. Gary was a very pleasant and obliging host. Breakfast was delivered to our rooms at the time we requested.

Continental breakfast is what was offered and what we got and was very pleasant, but we had hoped for some protein as well as just pastries. It should be noted that Gary is a 'Chocolate Maestro' and the breakfast is very chocolate based. I was here with a friend for a cycling holiday, but had I been here with my wife who is a migraine sufferer, chocolate is a well known 'migraine trigger' as is orange juice so most of the breakfast would have been unsuitable for her. If there was anything to criticise, the rooms were a bit cool for a chilly Autumn day. It would have been nice to come back to a cosy room. Also the duvets were rather heavy

This place was amazing, amazing value for money, I would have estimated it would have cost more to stay here! The breakfast was outstanding, the most amazing pastries and orange juice. The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. I loved the homemade chocolates which were provided in the room and would love to return!

Really fabulous property, very clean & comfortable - tastefully decorated! Lovely enclosed garden to let our dog out. The breakfasts were delicious ( fresh produce, delivered to your door in a wicker basket, at a time to suit you ) Great location to explore this part of Norfolk- in a quiet village within 20 mins of the coast(Wells, Holkham, Burnham, Holt etc) Gary, one of the owners, recommended nearby places to eat - The Dabbling Duck pub, about 10 mins by car was excellent! My daughter & I stayed at Home Farm House for two nights & would thoroughly recommend a stay here!
