L’appartement étais bien

Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the apartment in a pitiful state. The floors were dirty and sticky, especially in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floor, clearly indicating that the apartment had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. To make matters worse, the bed linens had not been changed. Unfortunately, due to the late hour of our arrival, we had no choice but to sleep in the same unclean sheets — an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the showerhead was completely dysfunctional. Water sprayed uncontrollably in all directions, soaking our clothing and belongings. This caused great inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, we were told that a taxi would pick us up at the airport and take us back at the end of our stay — this service was presented as being included in our package. However, no taxi showed up upon our arrival, nor for our departure. As a result, we had to pay €20 to reach the apartment and €24 to return to the airport — an expense we had not planned for and that should have been covered. This entire experience was very disappointing and far below the standards one would expect. We request an appropriate explanation and a partial refund to reflect both the poor conditions of the apartment and the misleading information provided. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Very clean, very near to the airport which is very helpful. The house is big enough for 2 couple to stay

Very clean and tidy apartment in Markopoulo in quiet residential block - host was nice on arrival and explained apartment. Was only here for 1 night for early flight but great location only took 10 mins to get there in the morning
