"Alles in allem ok. Jedoch meldete sich die Unterkunft immer erst mehrere Stunden später zu den o.g. Problemen."

Gute Lage zu MotoGP in Portimaõ. Sehr gut über Wege erreichbar die nicht zum Hauptverkehr gehören und somit standen wir nicht in Stau.

Die Vorbesitzer haben ca. 1 kg Knoblauch da gelassen was wohl schon länger in der Wohnung lag und vom Reinigungspersonal nicht entsorgt wurde. So hat unsere Wohnung die ersten 3 von 4 Tagen komplett nach Knoblauch gerochen. Am ersten Tag auch sehr extrem. Was sehr unangenehm auf Dauer ist. Kühlschrank war auch sehr schmutzig und teils verschimmelt bis es gereinigt wurde. Außerdem gingen das WLAN nicht und wurde erste am 2 Tag angeschaut. Das Ersatzteil hatte der Monteur nicht dabei sodass es erst am Tag darauf repariert werden konnte.

Ambiente muito calmo, limpeza exímia.

Intervalo do check-in (redutor) só foi conhecido 24h antes(16/19h), ridículo. Pagamentos extra após determinados horários do check-in (19h e 24h) só foi conhecido 24h antes, ridículo. Localização do check-in é muito longe da habitação e foi conhecido 24h antes, ridículo. Fila grande para o efetuar. Check-out 10h, ridículo. Quarto não tem armários para arrumar a roupa. Casa de banho não tem onde colocar os atoalhados. Talheres, não havia facas e havia 1 colher de sopa. O mais ridículo de tudo, caso deixássemos o lixo na casa pagaríamos 20 euros?! Não voltarei!

O quarto é confortável, o pior o serviço

Esqueceram-se de mudar os lençóis do cliente anterior. Pouco papel higiénico na casa de banho. Funcionario da manutenção a conduzir como um louco dentro da propriedade. O check in ser em Lagos e demorado, o check out com a funcionária da limpeza uma hora antes a fazer barulho no exterior.

Dá localização, da limpeza, do espaço no geral.

Faltam candeeiros num ponto ou outro da casa. (1 dos quartos só tinha luz no tecto) Algo que facilmente se resolve. Ventoinhas também seria bom haver em todos os apartamentos

"Comfortable Quiet Stay"

Spacious and comfortable apartment with recent renovations and accessories and everything you can ask for within a very quiet location. 5-minute drive to shopping area if things are needed.

Check in location in downtown Lagos was a surprise - you have to be there between 4-7PM to pick up keys form a property management office, and there is usually a lineup since the key pick up window is very short and the company manages a lot of properties.
