They have replaced tanning beds with benches which was real disappointing to me, you cannot spend time comfortably by the pool, only swim and sit on the bench. I don’t understand this solution and was very disappointed about it. The reason why the did that is because “sunbeds keep broking”. That’s part of the business, things are used and need a replacement sometimes. Building stone benches was the worst solutions for it in my opinions. At least bring soft cushions for your guests. Hygienic shower doesn’t have enough pressure. You can’t use it. Cleaning in bathroom can be improved and I recommend changing the towels because old one have stains. Also I made two bookings first one with the bathtub and the other one without. They said room with bathtub was not available. I really wanted to take a bath after long flight. I was never refunded even though the first room was slightly more expensive on booking.

予約した部屋は他のゲストが泊まっていて空いてないとチェックインの際に現地で言われました。別タイプの部屋に案内されましたが差額の返金は無く、楽しみにしていたので残念でした。

Не было мыла и шампуня, не было зубного набора, не было кофе и чая. Электрический чайник похож на кипятильник был и грязный. Мне не понравился запах навоза в течение дня и запах горелых листьев, поэтому я вынужден был сидеть в номере Возможно, это просто мне не повезло

Loved the view and the personel. Everyone was so kind!

Nick and Komang are the nicest Host I ever had in Bali. The location is close to Ubud but still in a green area surrounded by rice fields. The internet is strong enough to work from here! Everything was perfect.
