À Francos Metro

Everything I needed was in the room, the room was big and comfortable and also the shower room. Close to the train.

It was a very big room, nice bathroom in general and good covers on the bed.

The bed itself was way to hard for us so we both had a bad back during the days we spent there. I also didnt like the fact I complained about the bathroom door 2 times because it would not close. The guy finally answered on our last night that they would look at the door when we would leave. Going to the bathroom infront of my friend for 4-5 nights was not on my todo list in Porto

The apartment is ground floor, with a step up off the main street. There are 2 apartments beyond this door. The apartment was clean and had a lovely fragrance. We booked the apartment with the kitchenette, twin beds and patio. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen was amazing. We loved our little apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Just a couple observations: The bathroom towels need replacing they've been washed one too many times and were mismatching. The basin cabinet doors could be looked at as they've got some water damage. There was no drying rack for the dishes and no plug for the sink to do the dishes in.

the location is amazing and it’s near metro. at the hostel you have a lot of stuff like razor shampoo coffe

In the room was really cold, and the conditioning air didn t work properly

mattress was very good, it was warm inside which is good during winter, toilet paper was best possible

location is not good, not touristic, there's only one restaurante/cafe in the street and no more options for a foreigner. we could hear the trains at night. very dark outside at night. had to take a cab or metro everytime we'd leave.

Location close to the metro station, easy and fast access to the city centre, nice beds, kitchen.

Dirty towels, dirt on the floor, rusty shower equipment.

The property was clean, had everything we needed. Owner was available and very helpful. Very nice chap, with good English and a cheery nature. Situated in very close proximity to Francos Metro Station, this makes getting around a dream. The Metro is very cheap compared to British public transport. There’s a Continente supermarket nearby, walking distance. All in all, wonderful accommodation and a lovely week away.
