La camera è molto comoda e pratica benché piccola. La cucina ha microonde, bollitore elettrico, piano cottura con fornelli, frigorifero, qualche posata e pentola. Il wi fi funziona molto bene e la posizione è molto comoda rispetto alla stazione.

Il bagno era leggermente poco pratico (bagno in comune) e non sono stati dati a disposizione molti asciugamani (un solo asciugamano).

De ligging is super. Op 700 meter van het trein station. Ik moest daar de bus nemen voor naar de luchthaven te gaan en dat was nog geen 10 minuten wandelen.

Jammer dat er slechts 1 badkamer was. Ook het toilet zat daar in. Was dus soms even geduld uitoefenen.

Not bad not great. You get what you pay for but not much more. The place was clean but hardly maintained. It’s good for one night but definitely not for a romantic weekend.

Jak na jedną noc – całkiem spoko. Każdy z gości ma osobny pokój, ale kuchnia oraz łazienka są wspólne, więc trzeba się przygotować na ewentualne czekanie w kolejce do toalety. W kuchni są garnki i patelnie – nie są pierwszej czystości, ale zawsze można je umyć przed użyciem, płyn do mycia jest dostępny. Dwuosobowe łóżko było wygodne. W pokoju było ciepło, kaloryfer dobrze grzał. W łazience dostępna była wspólna suszarka do włosów. Podsumowując – na jedną noc ok, ale na dłuższy pobyt raczej bym się nie zdecydowała

Nie było wydzielonych dla nas żelu pod prysznic ani szamponu, więc dobrze, że mieliśmy własne kosmetyki. Polecam zabrać ze sobą również gąbkę i ściereczkę do kuchni. Czystość, jak to w obiektach ze wspólnym zamieszkaniem – nie na najwyższym poziomie. W naszym pokoju niestety czuć było zapach papierosów, a my nie palimy, więc musieliśmy cały czas wietrzyć. Sofa była brudna, cała w plamach, ale ponieważ byliśmy we dwoje, nikt z nas na niej nie spał.

Good location,near supermarket and bus stop to Venice main island and Mestre train station,with kitchen to cook food.

Sound proof is a little not good. There is a bathroom and shared with 4 rooms users.

Muy comodo. Tiene lo mínimo indispensable, la cama muy bien; el baño limpio y muy amplio y cómodo. Toallas limpias. Wifi rápido y el personal muy implicado y competente. Se adaptan a tu situación particular.

Me costó dormir por el ruido, pero no es culpa del lugar sino de los otros huéspedes que no paran de ir y venir en tacones. Mi compañero de viaje durmió de perlas, yo que tengo el sueño ligero me costo mas. Las cortinas dejaban pasar un poco de luz que al ocaso tambien me molesto a la hora de dormir, de nuevo esto a mi compañero de viaje no le molesto. Si tienes el sueño ligero no te lo recomiendo.

The location.The size of the room.

The housekeeping guy(also receptionist)was rude and disrespectful, which is unacceptable. He barely understands English so he doesn't really talk to you but texting (using Google Translator?) via Whatsapp instead and then the messages are disappearing. He couldn't even clean the facility properly but called himself a manager and was trying to make up reasons to take more money from me. I tried to explain him he was wrong but he was too proud of himself to understand anything. He completely ruined my vacation experience and didn't even apologize for his mistakes and aggressiveness.
