Spacious room, big bed, clean bathroom and kitchen, clean overall. There is no AC, but there is a floor fan. Good location: just 2 min walk away there is a bus stop from where you can get to the island in 15 min. Also, there is a big supermarket right across the road.

All is good for the price you pay.

Worst experience. Wrong address on booking.com. Limited WiFi meant I carried 2 heavy bags with NO reply from till I What's App. Given a different address about 3 blocks down. Met with an angry 'host' who stared at me for not replying him earlier & couldn't/didn't seem to care that I had no connectivity. He was hostile and demanded I pay him. "You want stay 2 nights, you pay 8 euros now!" As a single lady, I didn't feel safe with his aggressive tone & was exhausted from an hour of looking for the right place. He even used a key to open my room when I was inside. Said he didn't know whose key it was and that he was 'checking'. Basic courtesy to knock first? No apology, just brash, curt & menacing.

Cockroaches in the room! Floor was filthy. No adaptor. Took a picture of my passport when other places just needed to sight it or not at all. Washing machine couldn't be used even after I told him I wanted to wash clothes because he left his washed towels inside. Windows were banging on the second night cos of the strong winds but with no Aircon closing the windows would make the room stuffy in the HOT summer.

Despite we had a very late check in, stuff was very suportive and waited till late hours. Highly valuable this! Room was clean and 100% conveniente and close to bus 4L stop to Venice center. Place has shops, coffe, drinks ( in general) and supermarket around.
