"Everything was perfect only for the €50 charge for the extra hour this morning."

The breakfast was excellent. The location was brilliant.

We booked the night for my aunts 80th birthday. As checkout was 11.00 am I asked for an extra hour for her. I was charged €50. As there was no sign of the housekeeping staff on our floor even when we were checking out I thought this was mean. We had lunch, dinner & drinks & left a generous tip.

Big Comfortable bed- hot shower-- delicious breakfast choices including my French toast with bacon

Construction going on and streets closed right outside- no shelf in shower for shampoo etc- blackout curtains did not really keep the light out enough
