GBNothing - they cancelled the property two hours before we arrived. I booked and paid for this apartment months before we travelled 6 hours to be told the apartment wasn’t ‘available today and to contact booking.com for a refund’.
The lack of response from the host. I messaged when I booked to see if we could check in earlier than 3pm. We received no response. I messaged on the day of the booking to confirm someone would meet us at the property, only to receive a cancellation of booking message.
