Harts site was perfectly fine but the caravan was disgusting. I am requesting a refund please. It was dirty with no kitchen equipment...no extra bedding. It was very unsatisfactory and i am very unhappy that i paid a lot of money for such an awful place. I have contacted the owner for a refund but am getting nowhere with my complaint. I shall put this review on many platforms if i have no response for a refund. It spoiled my weekend away with my grandchildren. Hoping customer service will help with my complaint. Thank you. Very good location. Owners replied to messages straight away. Caravan came equipped with everything we needed. Everything supplied was in working order

Only 2 little things to pick up on. Net Curtains in the lounge were ripped. Mattress in the double room was slightly uncomfortable but managed to lay on the duvet and wrap it around me which made it ok
