"Highly recommend for quiet relaxing stay!!!! Still near town! Perfect place."

It was easy to access the apartment, the host is kind and responsive, very helpful if we needed anything. We rented a scooter to make it easier to get around as it is a bit outside the restaurant area. However we much preferred the peace and quiet. Comfortable bed, AC. Hot shower. Very clean. Perfect place with lots of space and a beautiful pool and garden area.

"Superb"

The location is great, close to the beach and in nice surroundings. We spent a lot of time at the pool, colling down on a hot day. The communication with the hosts went smoothly, and we got some good tips from the lady there. This is a lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

"Beautiful and clean accommodation."

The accommodation is very clean and up to date. It's a little outside the city (15 minutes on foot), but that also means more peace and quiet. A large swimming pool allows you to cool off at the end of the day. There is a bit of a lack of kitchen equipment to cook adequately.

"Staying in Talenguera Townhouses is always the perfect San Juan Del Sur experience."

The townhouse is located in such a good location. It is close enough to all the fun and excitement of downtown San Juan Del Sur but yet far enough that you can escape to the calm beautiful retreat of the property. And of course, the monkeys!
