Pozele nu reprezinta realitatea. Nu a fost curat, praf peste tot. Totul invechit, usi care nu se inchid, gresie sparta, mucegai, panze de paianjen. Am gasit plosnite in patul de la etaj( Bedbugs)!!! Nu are 2 bai, are doar o cada in plus, nu si wc. Am fost amenintati cu datul in judecata daca lasam un review negativ.

We stayed in these apartments for a week for our vacation and were very satisfied. The location is excellent — right next to the city’s central square, where concerts and the Christmas market take place. At the same time, the apartment is quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It was nice to come back here after walking around the city. A great option for a holiday — highly recommended.

1.the apartment looks nothing like the photos shown on the booking listing. 2.There is a bad smell inside the house. 3.The fridge is not working this is a serious problem as my mother has diabetes and her insulin must be kept refrigerated. 4.Some of the besds do not have bedsheets. The fridge we put two times on plug and had an electrical. The fridge in the photo was big and put to another part of the house which was turned in a warehouse. The armchair at the enterance was very dirty and had no pilow like was showing on the listing. The apartment had damaged wall. The bed at the salon had a terible smell. The bed upstairs at the room with bathtube also had a terible smell.

Good location, spacy apartment

It's the first time I'm ever boyhering to give a negative opinion. The first red flag appears when you get the confirmation message. Big chunk of it is about guests not giving negative reviews, declaration of retaliatory negative reviews if one is given (can you do that on booking btw?) and threats of legal actions against guests... Wow! But ok, i thought, maybe someone really was unfair to them. So whats the first thing i see when i go to check the bed upstairs? BED BUGS (pix attached). If it wasnt 2AM we'd leave immediately but we had nowhere to go sobwe stayed, crammed on another bed, covered in a sleeping bug... Still one mofo bit my face in the morning (i woke up to see a tiny one running through the pillow). Apart from that the floor was dirty, there was dust and hair on the floor. It wasbt terrible - i gotta be fair - but simply bad (so no dirt at immediate sight but if you looked closer there was) The staff... They bothered with long messages with threats not to give negative reviews yet when we wrote about the bed bugs there's been no response.. wow.
