Cette maison traditionnelle et moderne à la fois était parfaite : accès facile, literie neuve, pièces en tatami aussi chaleureuses que propres, salle de bains comme dans Totorro ! Nous espérons une chose : y revenir !

Tout était parfait !

Pretty much everything. What a treasure tucked away in Nara. The best beds we’ve had in our seven week trip. Lots of added luxuries like herbal bath soaks in the cypress tub, washing machine and hanging racks. The kids loved the dining table recessed into the floor and having a tatami room to make up their mega bed and enjoy the bean bag and the zen garden out from the bathtub. An incredible blend of modern amenities with traditional Japanese home vibes. I loved that it was exactly in the middle of both JR Nara Station and Kintetsu Nara Station as we used both.

My husband doesn’t like stairs because he’s very tall in a country with low overheads. But that’s a personal thing - this place was amazing. The stairs could legit be a concern if someone had very heavy luggage or mobility challenges, but that’s not a slight on the property.

This villa was lovely! We actually said- can we live here? The bed was wonderful. The spare room with the giant tv was a huge perk. The bathroom was gorgeous with a giant tub. They left soaps and all the amenities we might need and more. About a 8 minute walk from Nara station with luggage. Just a really lovely stay.

部屋がきれいで、シンプルモダンで快適。TVがスマートTVなのも檜風呂も◎ これで奈良駅周辺のビジホと同じぐらいの値段はコスパいい！

特に悪いところはないと思いますが、強いて言えば、洗面台のところにゴミ箱が欲しかったかな。

可惜只住了一晚

This property is absolutely stunning and beautiful. By far one of our favourite accommodations on our trip. So spacious compared to your typical Japanese accommodation. High ceilings with old rustic wood framing. Beautiful bathroom, amazing master bedroom with a spacious lounge area.

Nothing at all, I only wish I booked for longer.

Very spacious. Excellent location.

Wanted more utensils in the kitchen.
