Okay, place great location. Waited 2h to have the code to the appartement. Slow to answer.

Upon first viewing the apartment seemed to a high standard. Smeg appliances and well decorated. However the bed and bedding was of an extremely poor standard, any slight movement resulted in the bed squeaking, the pillows and bed sheets also felt like plastic and it was very difficult to get to sleep. I was unfortunate enough to stay here during the recent electric outage where the apartment was without electric for 11hrs. Unfortunately the main building door uses an electric keypad. The solution to this seemed to be someone left the main door propped open with a mat. This enable myself and potentially any one else from the street to access the building, causing security concerns. The apartment door also worked via a smart lock which fortunately had a back up battery but left us worrying whether that too could fail and we’d be locked out. I tried to contact the property owner to ask what happens if someone accidentally closes the main door and we cant get in due to the electric being out. However they were unresponsive until after the power came back on but their reply was, as long as the electric was on I’d be able to get in the apartment (not very useful during an electric blackout). Emergency stairwell lighting did not work, the stairwell was in complete darkness, this is a major safety concern.

El lugar era bastante mas pequeño de lo que esperabamos por las fotos..la nevera demasiado incómoda y poco práctica, la jabonera rota, en la ducha se salía toda el agua hasta la mitad del baño, no hay recambio de toallas ni reposición de papel higiénico, la cama estaba mal hecha..poca iluminación en la hahabitación, una sola tasa, el mando de la televisión malo..igual si no te importan estos detalles debo decir que esta bien ubicado a unos 15 o 20 minutos andando del centro y a unos 10 de la estacion de metro.

The apartments are excellent and the attention I received when I needed it was immediate. The location is quite good, although you have to walk a bit to the most central parts. There are also several bakeries and places nearby that make your stay much easier.

The apartment was really nice and looked exactly like the picture. It was spacious and had a small kitchenette as well. The only down side to our experience was not receiving an access code by the property manager at the time of check in. I had to contact them to get the access code. On the lovely stay website it says that the access codes should be received in advance of check in. I also tried to ask where luggage could be stored if we arrived early and no response (we landed up using left luggage at Trinidade station). The information on Expedia about check in from 4.00am is also incorrect and it is actually 4pm.

A bag across so you hear drunk noises from the street at night. The building itself is quiet and secure. The lighting design in the room is very dim. Hard to see inside the room at night. Room is very spacious and beds are comfortable.

Lovely aparthotel with stylish, modern furnishings and beautiful decor. It's in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Porto. I really enjoyed my stay here! The only downside was some minor damage to the flooring in the shower. Overall a wonderful stay👌 💯

Appartments are very clean and very well furnished. The breakfast restaurants downstairs is delicious, very nicely decorated and with a garden. I hope I could stay longer!
