The owner is deceptive. The worst people running this place. I booked a private room with an ensuite bathroom . Before arrival, I messaged the owner and talked two times over the phone about my arrival time. Once I reached middle of night. They stopped picking up the phone. They sold the room to other people and gave me a room without the bathroom closed to the streets. I couldn't sleep because of the honking of bikes and cars the whole night. All locals, people, and children shout in the morning. All rooms are near reception. So every morning people are making noise in front of every room. There are steep stairs, which is very difficult to climb if you have luggage. You won't be guaranteed the room which you paid for. They will sell room to locals whom they charged per person . BE CAREFUL and strictly avoid this property.

Locks on the toilet on the 2nd floor is not working.

Good ferry location

We booked and paid a room with a private bathroom but when we arrived there was no bathroom in the room, only a shared bathroom that lacked cleanliness. The establishment should remove the words "private bathroom" from the description, because at the moment it's a scam.
