Location was great. Right off of the turnpike. staff was excellent!

Floors are filthy. Etc.. very unclean . New bathroom shower and toilet and some new paint. But cleaning in our room and the whole facility needs to change

Not as clean as it should have been & the wifi wasn't very good.

The front desk clerk upgraded us to a larger room and did not charge a pet fee for our small dog. The size of the room and the newly renovated bathrooms were pluses.

The lobby floor was dirty and the water cooler had a dirty towel on the floor in front of it, presumably to soak up a leak, but it was there when we arrived and still there the next morning. The room smelled bad. The carpet was stained and most likely the cause of the odor. There were 2 bathrooms but neither had toilet paper, which we needed to request. The items offered for the Continental breakfast were not appealing and we did not partake. We would have had the coffee but there was no sugar, only numerous packets of sweet & low. The outside area of the hotel was dark and uninviting. There was a significant amount of trash around the property & parking lot.

The owners were beyond kind! Friendly and welcoming.

The room was okay, but there needs to be some updates; the whole place has a slightly creepy feel at first. Once you're in, you can see the cleanliness and kindness, and it all disappears. The breakfast was horrible, but the food was available all day and night—food like juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, and bagels. The pancakes were chewy and gross, and no protein was served.
