Luxury Blue Loft Downtown NOLA

There is lots of space and having 2 bathrooms is great. Having a full kitchen is useful so that I didn't need to keep eating out.

The apartment has not been very well maintained since its renovation, which I would guess is a few years. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls and floors, lights don't work, cabinets are broken, lamps were broken, the sofa was missing its legs and was dirty, the rug was dirty, the ensuite toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and there were cracks in the kitchen counter top with ants coming out. I also didn't feel safe. There was lots of shouting outside the apartment throughout the night, and people loitering on the street and the apartment porch, which blocked my only exit. The windows weren't secure due to the addition of free-standing AC units, and the ensuite bathroom window was jammed in an open position. The AC unit has a very loud generator/pump attached to the outside of the main bedroom wall, which was incredibly loud when on. As a result, I left a day early and rented somewhere else.
