Very clean and bright. Very nice and helpful owners. Even offered to drive us to and from the train station. Thankyou again!

Everything was great! Suggestion to add a toaster, and bath towels. Although the robes were perfect! And after our stay we felt bad leaving all the garbage and recycling.

Nice and small apartment with almost everything you need for a couple of days. One bed room with double bed, big wardrobe and chest of drawers, and one smaller children's room. Shutters in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, micro-wave and a high table with 4 chairs. The apartment is in the first floor and has a terrace in the backyard with a table and 4 chairs. Very clean bathroom with rain shower and hand shower. Free Wifi and TV is also available. Restaurants are in 5-10 minutes walking distance, and in 10-20 minutes one can reach the pedestrian zone and the Lungomare with restaurants, bars and shops. The owner/host was very friendly. We were asking Patrizia some questions prior to arrival and she responded quickly and provided us with sufficient information. Grazie mille a Patrizia.

With outside temperatures of about 35 degree Celsius it was very warm inside the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan which were helpful. However, air conditioning in the bedroom would be great, in particular as the bedroom is towards the street. One can of course close the French window which helps against the (not intense and/or permanent) traffic noise. However, the air in the room gets sticky then. The bed mattress was too soft for us, however, this is always subject to personal preferences.

Great location. The beach is gorgeous. The apartments have everything you need. Clean, comfortable. The owner is a very nice woman.

This is a clean and comfortable holiday apartment, really large and with a pleasant view of the sea channel. Especially good was terrace with the table and retractable awning. Patrizia was very friendly. She was very kind to meet us in spite of our late arrival. The way to the sea along the channel was beatiful. I really like the district of Viareggio near the apartment - it is old and beautiful but not so crowded. Thank you Patrizia!

Be aware of the sun. The way to the beach with my 9 and 11 years daughters took about 20-25 minutes and it may be a bit tiring for the ones who is not sun resistant.
