Chalet was was looking very tired outside decking was rotten in places gate to entrance not secure garden seating very worn not usable or comfortable gas fire remote not working kettle leaking patio door very hard to open and close no plug in showerroom sink overall very disappointing only stopped one night could not stay any longer not as discribed in reveiws spoiled the holliday break

Fantastic location for beech, parks and entertainment facilities. Great for dogs!

It is small which is clearly stated. I think for a family with two children and 2 dogs we would have liked more space. If it was just myself and my husband with the dogs it would have been fine.

Fantastic location on the edge of the park, overlooking fields with the sea a short stroll away. Totally private garden with no one overlooking us so an excellent choice for us with a dog. The chalet was small and compact and perfect for us. Comfortable bed so we slept well after walking miles along the most beautiful beach. The weather was so good when we stayed we spent most of our time in the outside area once we got back. Would recommend and would return

Some of the garden furniture is getting a bit worn but was still absolutely fine.

Location was great - right next to the beach, and a lovely view out over the fields with rabbits, swallows and skylarks. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a just 25 minute drive away.

Lovely compact chalet with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were spectacular with bunnies hopping about the fields and a view of the sea. Peaceful site with great access to the beach and a shop and pub on site within walking distance. The host Irene was superb with nothing too much trouble.
