Liela, plaša māja, liels baseins. Izpalīdzīgs, laipns saimnieks. Saorganizēja transportu uz nākošo māju. Garšīgas brokastis. Netālu pieejami nelieli veikaliņi. Mūsu ģimene jutās ļoti labi.

Vienīgais, kas traucē, ir kaimiņš, kurš reizēm ir trokšņains.

Not a negative point but just to know what to expect : this is not your typical Bali Instagram villa. Design is very random and outdated. Also you are in a residential area. Dont expect to do much by foot. As long as you are used to order cars or bikes through Grab and Gojek you are fine. Overall the house would need some maintenance but its clean. I got scared by super alarming reviews on Google Maps so i went to check the property 1 week before my family arrived. As long as you are not super fussy (yes they are some humidity stain next to AC for instance) its fine. The management dont answer comments on Google Maps because he doesnt know how to do it. There is now an oversupply of villa in Bali, if you book last minute you can get new villa for cheaper, but if you book ahead this house offers good value for money.

Large sized villa, easily accommodated 3 families. Staff were great and very helpful, happy to even run small errands for us. Kids loved the gardens, swimming pool and fish ponds.

Some wear and tare in places, could use some tlc. One air con unit was leaking badly.

The property was clean the staff were good the only problem was that breakfast was cooked very late we stayed 16 nights no sheets were changed and towels not replaced for a couple of days or until we asked

The villa is beautifully presented, the interior is gorgeous, the exterior was green, lush and immaculate. Breakfast was nice, it was a set menu but it was enough for all of us and filling. We had a group of 10 and it was a very nice place to stay for privacy and family togetherness The grounds were lovely, the staff member Bai Ketut was a very nice man, helpful, humble, friendly, the rooms were clean and he was always available for anything we needed. The pool was our go to after a long hot day, it was refreshing and inviting

The location was quite far for shopping but the main places like food markets were close enough to walk to. The bathrooms could use new washbasins and there was a funky smell in some of them but they were clean I stayed in 2 different rooms and it was amusing to see some with open ceilings, I thought it was a good idea

The whole villa was excellent for a hangout with friends. It has almost everything required to make it a chill place to have fun

It would be better if more breakfast options available and especially vegetarian. Though the caretakers are warm and helpful they need to be properly trained on distinguishing veg and non veg food. Bathrooms could have been better
