Rooms very clean

Everything was ok except I asked in am for clean towels and no one had brought any up or taken the dirty ones. The 2nd night I had to go down and get towels. Usually a hotel will do that for you but they told me they dont

Very clean and close to everything. Would stay again!

We had to ask the front desk for items ie towels, toliet paper etc. We could not believe that we needed to pay for breakfast...Really , for the price we paid for the hotel Hilton could throw in a breakfast...

Staff is very courteous

There is so much to like about this hotel that you might wonder why it gets an average rating? Sound proofing, or a general lack thereof... This place is too new and carries the Hilton name which I expect to convey a quiet that this hotel simply doesn't have. It is really too bad because the design is very nice in most every way. The noise from both adjoining rooms and the hallway was just too much. Otherwise, a great concept.
