Oporto Music Flat - Very Central & Free Parking

Location in the city. Free parking is a bonus.

The appartment feels pretty neglected - wobbly door, standing air, some windows do not open, broken terrace - can’t imagine spending time in the terrace. Just outside the terrace, in front of all appartment’s windows there is a roof that is dirty and has some thrash lying all over the place. Thus it was quite the dissapointment upon arrival. Also, there is a construction work happening from 8am. Some review from September noted this, but the owner responded to that review that the construction is being finished in a few weeks - yet looks like construction is nowhere close to the end. I’m adding a picture of that roof in front of appartment windows to get the vibe. Sadly, contacting owner for partial refund resulted in him suggesting a refund only if we leave 10 point review, which was really unacceptable for us.

Близко к центру, на автобусе 15 мин. Стоимость проезда 2.50, но можно в метро в автомате купить карточку за 2 евро с одной часовой поездкой на все виды транспорта и потом ее там, же в метро, пополнять ( или взять суточный проездной). Парковка крытая по карточке хозяина( нужно взять в квартире). Есть терасса(но с видом на дом соседний). Вся необходимая техника, стиралка(порошок берите свой), утюг, гладильная досточка.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de O Porto. Muy limpio y cómodo.

The location was good. The metro station is very close, as well as the stops of numerous city buses that can be used to reach all parts of the city. The apartment is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped.

The main drawback is something that the owners could not influence, but it is very significant. Namely, nextdoor was literally being built. From the terrace in the kitchen you have a direct view of the huge hole and the crane. Works start at 8am so although the apartment is protected from traffic noise, there is construction noise. Luckily they don't work on weekends. It would be good to have a dishwasher in the kitchen, but the lack would not be terrible if the faucet in the kitchen was working fine. It is very old (which is not a problem) but it is raised half a meter above the sink and does not have an aerator. When you wash the dishes, the water splashes in the fountains. The bathroom lacks at least one shelf for storing things, and there is space since the bathroom is very spacious.
