Dream Penthouse at Palms Place

Thank you But their where some issues with the stay. For the price it was def in need of cleaning and updating. Things were broken such as knob in bathroom sink, the a/c made terrible loud noises and couldn’t use it. The hot tub was extremely dirty and looked as window is cracked. The ambiance is great just def not worth the price. We didn’t call nor complain because it was a very short stay. The fixtures were even loose and moving, chandler was hanging sideways. For a penthouse which i have stayed in several over the years this may have been a 3 out of 10. The bed was even hard and lumpy Just wanted to express because I feel it was def not worth the money.

Several Items were broken, The Hot tub glass was filthy, The Hot tub Controls were broken and improperly repaired, The Bathtub drain wouldn't seal so I couldn't take a jet bath. The Light Fixture Above the Tub was Leaking Water out of it, I am Assuming from the Penthouse Above, The Shower Handles were broken and fell off. The Bidet Faucet was broken, The Fireplace controls had been improperly repaired. For the Price it was Very Disappointing and seemed old and not maintained. Much better, and newer choices on the Strip that are maintained
