Lovely 2 Bed Apartment w Garden near Northampton

Was a clean property, the bathroom was lovely and the towels fresh. The facilities were in good order in the kitchen. The communication was great and prompt.

The mattresses were quite uncomfortable to sleep on, the WiFi wasn’t a free service which required us to use our mobile data, to watch tv. In the description it stated we would have a dishwasher to use at the property. The property above was very noisey and as much as I appreciate our children may have been loud at times but once in bed around from 7pm, footsteps/running was still heard above, then the same in the mornings too. The garden area looked very un-kept.

Walking distance to centre

Property not as described. Stated it had 2 bathrooms (which was really important to us for medical reasons) only had 1, didn’t have a dishwasher and when it stated it did, host didn’t know the internet password and we couldn’t get any devices connected. Beds and sofas very uncomfortable.

Facilities handy

There were ants in the bedroom. All over the bedside dressing table and carpet and my charging leads when I woke. Called but was told nothing could be done even tho we were staying another night. Advised to email fotos, did so and video but had no response despite chasing 3 times.

Great Location. Excellent use of space. Beautifully decorated.

General Cleanliness.

The property was very clean, modern and really nicely decorated. The size of the areas were bigger than what I expected.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The springs in them could be felt and the mattresses were sinking on every turn on the bed. Luckily we stayed 2 nights, it would have been impossible to sleep there for any longer . During the night, I was able to hear people next door (not sure if upstairs or next door neighbours). Extremely rude neighbours having a go at us over the parking spaces.

Location good, decent good sized apartmemtm.

Uncomfortable sofas, single beds not very comfy. Plain white bed covers problymnot the best idea either. Parking a problem, had to park mikes away the second night.. Loads of noise from property above. Footsteps etc. why is there a door from the bedroom to the staircase to the flat above??
