"Great rooms, Staff needs some training."

The room was nice and clean.

When checking in and paying from confirmation, found out after the fact that I was arbitrarily charged an amount for incidentals without being told at check-in. Breakfast was from 7-10am. Arrived at 9:45am and there was no food left, but requested a yogurt and chocolate milk and staff refused to retrieve anything extra from the back, said they were all out. Yet, an hour later, frig was restocked for the next day. Pool was listed on website as heated but clearly was not being maintained as a heated pool.
