It's a great hotel but 4 star definitely not a 5 star

Beliggenheten, basseng området og treningsrom selv om apparatene var slitt.

Renhold, det ble ikke vasket bare feid Frokost kunne vært bedre Personalet var ikke imøtekommende, vi bodde der i 50 netter og ble aldri gjenkjent, ikke engang etter klage på renhold og service. Snakket til og med med manageren. Vi hadde booket 2 rom, blant annet en suite, denne lå i sidebygningen og hadde egen inngang. Der hadde de satt opp røykeplass rett utenfor inngangsdøren så man måtte gå igjennom en røyksky når man skulle inn eller ut. Forferdelig!!

The location was ok with few bars and places to eat close by. Hotel reception area was lovely and Starbucks on site is always a bonus. Bathroom good and fairly modern. Staff super friendly and attentive. Beach close. Rooftop pool and bar available.

The location too far from Pattaya, further than estimated. Hotel room was dark and view was simply looking on other accommodation. TV channels not tuned and wifi intermittent. I like to link my Netflix to the TV but wasn't possible. The wing of the hotel that we were placed looked/felt older or less well maintained than main areas. My room furniture was covered in dust and sticky table tops wasn't pleasant, in fact i stayed out of the living area and remained in bed area. Rooftop bar contains very tired seating area, dirty in places and condition of furniture just 'yuck' but pool is ok.
