The Sanctuary Resort Pattaya, BW Signature Collection

Great hotel, great location, very friendly kind staff. Staff very well presented. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the house keepers were excellent. The kids particularly loved the shark tank and fish tank. The lifts are fast and clear glass so you can see the lobby. Gym facilities good. Pool good fun and a decent chill out area on the other area of the roof.

If I'm being really nitpicky the following things can be improved on: Someone was smoking substances in another room which stunk out our room on three occasions. We think it was our next door room. You should seriously consider increasing the penalty to 30,000 thb for it. Its not ok for other non smoking guests to come back and have to get all their kids clothes laundered because someone else wants to smoke. 3000 is simply not enough of a deterrent. The laminate flooring needs replacing near the lift on floor 5. It looks really rough in that area The music on repeat in the communal areas. It is the same two songs on repeat. Manager needs to consider the sanity of their guests and moreover their staff. Seriously it must drive them nuts. The songs are still in my head 2 days after leaving. Room lighting is a bit annoying in how the switches are set out. (This is not uncommon for thai hotels though)

Понравилось место, сам отель, внутри красиво, персонал, бассейн хороший, красивый вид, всегда были свободные шезлонги. Рядом магазины 7/11, big c, ночной рынок, улица с барами. Но самое интересное, что ночью шум спать не мешал

Конечно, как всегда сантехника уже старенькая и работает так себе. Но это скорее придирки

The hotel is beautiful, breakfast with black tipped sharks! The rooftop is brilliant with excellent views

There’s a slight drain smell in the elevator on the right hand side of the building
