Central apartment great for couples or small families

Превосходное местоположение! Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, вокруг множество ресторанов и кафе. Заселились самостоятельно (получили подробное письмо и видео). Это хорошее место и цена на нее полностью отвечает. Работает стабильно интернет. Апартаменты точно такие же, как представлены на фотографиях, всё чисто, есть все необходимые приборы (чайник, холодильник и т.д.).  Недалеко находятся автобусный и железнодорожный вокзал. Каждый день мы ездили в разные города на экскурсии - озеро Блед, Пиран, Триест/Муджа (Италия).  Итог поездки - нам всё понравилось!!!

The bathroom was nice, but not the cleanest.

There were ants everywhere and they hadn’t cleaned the house for sure. The floor and the tables were dirty. They hadn’t prepared the couch for the 3rd person cause the bedsheet was too small and couldn’t fit

Unsanitary Conditions, I must emphasize that this experience was not only disappointing but also deeply distressing and unacceptable. Upon arrival at the apartment, I was immediately confronted with shocking conditions that fell far below any reasonable hygiene standards. Among the issues: · The apartment was not clean upon our arrival. We were greeted by laundry belonging to someone living above the apartment, which was left hanging to dry in the middle of the living room. The individual later returned to retrieve it, causing further discomfort. · The bathroom was filthy, with visible mold on the walls, and both the sink and toilet were stained with what appeared to be urine residue. · Dust and dirt were present throughout the apartment. · The bedding was worn out and had holes, raising serious concerns about hygiene and the potential risk of skin infestations such as scabies. I was afraid to sleep there, fearing for my health. Given these conditions, we felt we had no choice but to vacate the apartment within just one hour of our arrival. To make matters worse, the following day, the property owner called me and subjected me to verbal threats over the phone. I found this behavior not only unprofessional but also intimidating and alarming. I reported the incident to the police, as I felt threatened and unsafe. I am requested a full refund for this booking. The property was completely misrepresented, and the conditions we encountered were hazardous and utterly unsuitable for accommodation. I strongly advise against anyone booking this property and urge you to take immediate action to prevent others from having a similar experience.
