Central apartment great for couples or small families

Nicely furnished, more homely than many rentals. Spacious and the bonus of a balcony for your morning coffee. A pity we were only staying one night en route elsewhere. We’d book again like a shot.

It was clean and smelt very nice! Easy directions and good location. The facilities were in great condition.

Some of the hot drink amenities were not in stock.

We had a great stay in this accommodation. It is so accessible to the city centre (about 10 min walk) and tourist attractions. The host was very easy to communicate with and was super helpful. There was a bakery and supermarket not far away. Overall a very comfortable and affordable stay, definitely recommend!

Only downside was a little bit of street noise. But this was fine with the windows closed.

La ubicación y la ducha

La cama, colchon vencido. Carencia de sábanas. Almohadas horribles. La persianas de la habitación no bajaban. Ruidosa la zona.

L’emplacement est idéal, que l’on soit à pied ou en voiture : il est accessible en voiture, mais à une rue de la zone piétonne, et avec un parking public souterrain au bout de la rue. Les équipements sont complets et modernes, la décoration est agréable, on s’y sent bien. L’accès se fait par boîte à clé donc l’horaire d’arrivée est souple. L’immeuble est plutôt calme et le double vitrage isole bien du bruit de la rue.

Nous avons reçu les instructions pour le Check-in tardivement (quelques heures avant notre arrivée), la communication passe par un intermédiaire. La chambre est confortable et bien isolée de la lumière, en revanche côté salon le canapé lit manque de confort et les rideaux fins ne sont pas occultants. Enfin, la porte entre la chambre et le salon est en verre, ce qui n’isole pas très bien les deux pièces entre elles. Nous avons cependant passé globalement un bon séjour dans cet endroit.

L’unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza al centro, molto comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi.

La pulizia generale dell’appartamento non era soddisfacente, in particolare nella cucina.

Faltaba nivel de limpieza. La habitación es grande y comoda, pero la cocina si se usa como habitación no es agradable. El ventilador no funcionaba y no hay televisión. La ubicación es buena pero la calle algo ruidosa. La comunciación fue ágil.
