Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbia-Ft Jackson

We had no hot water the whole stay no one came to fix it & the phone didn’t work sink was coming off the wall it wasn’t right

I have videos of the roaches the place was infested. I had food on the counter and when I went to move it at least 50 to 100 roaches ran from under it. I just left the hotel. My family and I I went to speak with the manager, who was not there at the time so we just left. Roach infested in the bathroom on the counters near the stove and God knows where else I didn’t wait to see. This is behind the refrigerator. We saw them run. I was trying to get more pictures of them.

An exterminator!

Clean, easy to access off of interstate, and in a location with lots of food choices.

Was not told that the room had to accessed from the outside. I would never stay at a hotel like this, and not for the cost of a hotel versus motel experience. Marketing and confirmation is very misleading. It’s unsafe! Construction workers were working on the parking lot most of my time there. I felt very unsafe. Please be honest about how your hotel is structured and that not ALL rooms are inside of the main structure, but attached. Very disappointed! Didn’t sleep well at all.
