Responsiveness from the host is excellent.

The aircon can't do up and down blowing due to some mechanical part problem but not a big deal.

Very convenient and cozy. Perfect for family and facilities were perfect. As suite apartment it is in the perfect place and everything is nearby in Sunway area. It was smooth process to check in and check out. One complain due to lack of room service the rooms were a little smelly due to lack of regular. But rather than that it’s a perfect stay for a family of four.

"Good location, but the place felt run-down."

Great Location!

The bathroom tub had mold, including on the shower curtain. Additionally, the vent above the tub was covered in thick dust and grime, which I felt compelled to clean myself to avoid any debris falling on me while showering.
