AE🚨 Warning: Worst Stay Ever! 🚨 This place is a complete disaster. The walls are covered in mold, the furniture and equipment are filthy, and the entire apartment reeks of damp and musty odors. It is absolutely unlivable and a serious health hazard. Do NOT book this place under any circumstances! We demanded a refund immediately, but Booking.com has failed to respond. This is unacceptable. 🤬

USThis property is in a beautiful location in Polignano, right in the Old City. It was a well stocked apartment. As with most properties in Italy you need to be able to do stairs because the best part of our stay was having access to our own roof deck. The views were great of the ocean. Easily walkable city. Trulli & Dimore were very responsive to our requests. We made some recommendations that could help travelers in the future and they were very responsive in working with the owners of the apartment. Highly recommend for family or two couples.
GBThe apartment is large and nicely decorated. Outdoor space is great and it's a short walk to the centre.
We were very disappointed that after one night, we discovered that the building next door was being renovated and there was significant building work going on. There were power tools cutting into and chipping the stone wall that backed onto the apartment which was extremely noisy, the noise was continuous from 7am until 5 or 6pm with only a short stop for lunch. There's no chance of having a lie in as the sound was so loud and it meant that we didn't get any peace in the apartment at all, you could even hear the drilling from the roof terrace. We messaged the agent who claimed they did not know about the building work and we dispute this as the renovation is extensive (the whole building is being ripped out and rebuilt inside). The agent apologised but offered no alternative or refund so we could move. We ended up moving to a hotel at our own expense for a couple of days to escape the noise. The work here looks like it'll be going on for quite some time so I would highly recommend you book elsewhere unless you want this level of disturbance
IELocation is perfect. Within walking distance of everything in Polignano a Mare. Great restaurants, very safe, friendly locals, amazing sea views from the house. Lovely outdoor dining area with amazing rooftop relaxing area overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet neighbourhood, house had everything we needed and was in a very safe location. Water,wine and nibbles as a welcoming gift. Nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
Smell from bathrooms after storm and windy weather. Such a pity as everything else was perfect. Steps up to different floors but that didn't bother me. Might be difficult for an older person however. Overhead presses in kitchen were up very high and hard to reach.
