Beautiful Ground floor apartment with Parking, Exeter

The flat is in a good location but in need of TLC. The fridge was still full when we arrived, the dishwasher needed emptying, the bathroom was not particularly clean and we could not find any kitchen or bathroom bins despite the instructions on the wall about what to do with rubbish, the floor has also seen better days. The bedding is old and tired.

We were surprised when we walked in, it was so much nicer than the photos! (I would update them, especially in the living area as they don’t do it justice!) Very spacious, nice interior and just overall a lovely little apartment!

Sink was clogged after using it once, only 1 toilet roll, and 2 towels between the pair of us. Parking was also quite hard to find despite instructions

It’s position was excellent with both railway stations only 10 mins walk away and you could reach centre of town in a 15 min stroll. There was also a nice stroll down footpaths to the river and quay. The fact there is parking at the back of the property was also a great bonus, given that finding a parking space in the road was almost impossible.

Nothing much. A couple of extra bins would be useful given that food waste and general waste needed to be put in the same bin and then sorted out when we left.

Location was excellent, easy short walks to railway station, city centre, restaurants etc. Free parking on site was an added bonus.

Apartment needs a good clean, very dusty, dirty in corners and under furniture. One basket for all the kitchen/bathroom waste wasn't really sufficient. Welcome pack disappointing, photo misleads.

Great central location, spacious apartment, terrific hot water in the bathroom.

Living room furniture very tired and needs refreshing and the floor coverings need a good professional clean. The “Welcome Pack” is very sparse and not like the photo shown on the website. Noisy neighbours upstairs.
