Relaxing Pool View Apt Reliant Stadium/Medical Center

The apartment was really nice and comfortable. It was very clean and had a nice view of pool.

It was an absolute nightmare getting in and out of the building. Assigned parking spot was on one floor of parking garage and apartment was located two floors over. Elevators were not working on any of the floors. We had to walk a few flight of stairs with all our luggage to get to apartment. The hallways were a complete maze and hard to find our way around. We had to use the stairs each time we left and returned but door to get out from our floor level was locked every time. You can imagine our panic when we thought we were locked in the stairway. So we would have to walk up to the next floor to get out into the parking garage. We would then have to walk over to our parking level through the parking garage ramps because door to our assigned parking spot level also do not open from the stairs. We ordered food delivery and delivery person could not figure it out. We also ordered a Lyft at one point to pick us up and driver left because it took us so long to figure out how to get out of the building. We did reach out to host and were told to just try a different floor. But none of the elevators worked and only some of stair doors were unlocked. It was very complicated. Luckily the apartment was nice and comfortable because, after a while, we were just afraid to leave and not be able to get back in.

Location was perfect .A little confusing having to park on the fifth floor , not finding the keys and then walk through the parking lot to the 4th floor.

How convenient it was to the Texas medical center

Guests are only allowed to park in 5/6th floor when the room is on the 4th floor. This is not shared until the day of check in, because if I had known, I would not have booked. The elevators had a disgusting stench. The halls reeked as well since the trash cans were out for trash pick up.

It was close to houston.

There was a lot of nats

The owner was very helpful and flexible.

The parking and the doors to the elevator want secure.
