Studio Apartment near Luton Airport and Luton Central

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that made the space feel unwelcoming. The floors appeared dirty, there was dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had visible grime. The bed sheets, pillows, covers etc were not washed at all as there was a pungent smell of urine It was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. Given the price and location, I expected much better standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Unfortunately, these issues greatly impacted my experience which made me and my wife having to leave the premises in the middle of the night due to how bad the smell is. I would recommend management to seriously improve their cleaning services, as this could be a great place to stay if properly maintained.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. Great area with access to shops. Spacious room with everything we needed.
