Apartamentul are o poziție excelentă în oraș și ar putea fi o alegere foarte bună, dacă ar fi întreținut corespunzător. Din păcate, experiența noastră a fost una dezamăgitoare.

La sosire, apartamentul nu era curățat – lenjeria de pat era uleioasă, iar mirosul puternic de odorizant părea o încercare de a masca lipsa curățeniei. În baie, dușul era reparat cu coliere de plastic, iar ușa lipsea complet, ceea ce a făcut utilizarea lui foarte incomodă. Cel mai frustrant a fost că jacuzzi-ul – motivul principal pentru care am ales această cazare – nu funcționa deloc. La fel și cuptorul, care era stricat, deși era menționat în facilități. În ciuda faptului că apartamentul are un design frumos și un balcon plăcut, neglijența și lipsa de respect față de oaspeți sunt evidente. Nu recomand până nu se fac îmbunătățiri serioase.

Extremely disappointing experience – unsafe and poorly maintained! This stay was a real letdown and absolutely not worth the money. We booked for three people, but there was no bedding or towels for the third guest. The towels and bathrobes that were there were disgusting – dirty, possibly not even washed. It was honestly shocking. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and it was unbearably hot inside. We had to open the windows, but a dog barked non-stop outside, making it impossible to sleep. The apartment had serious safety and maintenance issues: • Several electrical outlets didn’t work, including in the kitchen. • The fridge, microwave, and other appliances didn’t function. • Ants in the kitchen. • Sharp screws sticking out from kitchen furniture – extremely dangerous! • The oven barely works, everything feels very worn out and neglected. • The sofa had stains, and the bedding was old and questionable in cleanliness. • No trash bin provided. The shower was barely usable – held together with plastic ties, one door was missing, and the drainage was terrible. There was even a broken socket next to the jacuzzi, close to water – extremely unsafe. The sofa bed was broken – the lifting mechanism was missing, and we found broken glass under it! The listing says “pets stay free”, but in reality, only one dog is allowed. We were pressured into agreeing our dogs wouldn’t bark, and then charged an extra €10 for cleaning because of them. We were also told that using the jacuzzi costs €10 extra, due to electricity use – something never mentioned before. We suspect the AC was deliberately turned off for the same reason, but no one explained anything. Overall, this place was not just uncomfortable – it felt unsafe. We couldn’t relax for a single moment. Absolutely not recommended.
