We paid in advance for 21 days, but had to leave after the first night as it was not suitable for our holiday: bad neighborhood, nothing around to do, the washing machine was not working, no hot water etc. We tried to negotiate for a partial financial compensation as we left after the first night (because of unsuitable conditions) but the owner was not willing to collaborate. The location is very bad, you need to rent a car/ take a taxi each time you want to visit places as there is little to do there: no restaurant around, a small 7eleven, but nothing interesting around. Even if from pictures in appears that there is beach nearby, it is not safe to walk there, you need to pay for taxi or rent a car, plus the added fees of entering to private beaches. It was a disappointment, bot the place, facilities and communication with the owner.

It was closer from the airport.
