Exclusive Downtown Apartment in the Heart of Budapest

Great location,very spacious with lots of facilities, comfortable beds and great showers.

Nothing everything was great

The accommodation staff was very understanding and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and fully equipped. The location is really 10/10 . Close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants. Few meters to the river

One thing and was very annoying. I got a free taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, which was good. But I was shocked that there were three drivers texting me to pick me up. Each one claims he is the one, and the others are fake drivers .. the question is .. where the hell they get my number from ???

The location is strategic, everything you need is within walking distance, all transportation options are available

The lift was not working for two and a half days out of our five days vacation; note that the apartment is on the third floor, 90 steps of stairs!!! And note that our group had a toddler of 2.5 yrs old and a 63 year old senior with heart condition, both had to be confined to the apartment throughout half of our vacation The property management just kept asking us to be patient, they actually did nothing to help solve our ordeal; and kept apologizing by email; not a single person appeared or approached us personally to explain, give us a timeline or even assume responsibility for this incident The apartment is disproportionate, two bedrooms; one huge bedroom the other very small; neither had anything more than the beds. There was an are which functioned as a living/dining space that also had a bed, overall, a very uncomfortable arrangement with minimal privacy for occupants. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was no proper pillows, there was not enough soap for the washing machine nor the dishwasher, none of the usual welcome stuff as coffee, tea, sugar, anything to make a guest feel welcome. Overall, this is the worst experience we ever had on booking

Location and clean, Safety

The apartment is really comfortable and very spacious, with two separate bathrooms. Great location near the Danube and the city center, allows you to walk to the Parliament or the Great Synagogue. There are also tram stops next to the house. Quick and nice contact with the administrator. I definitely recommend!

Amazing modern apparment,mint condition. Very good location. Comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. Just perfect for a city break stay. Highly recommend.
