The location was the only thing that was good for me.

No toilet paper, small cockroaches in the room, the bed was smell. The night staff was rude and not helpful at all. The morning had a helpful staff. Television not working. No lift

"Dirty rooms and Bad Staff"

Nothing. It was horrible. They didnt even give us water after asking and no helping with luggage.

Everything. Bad staff and very dirty rooms and washrooms.

They haven't confirmed our hotel when I have spoken to hotel person he said we have given your room to other person, when I asked again and again they have shifted us to other hotel which is bad again ( this all happened around 11.30 PM in night) - if I got an confirmation they should have occupied the hotel for me right!! But the team didn't do like that. And also you had an pay at hotel option ( that means you could pay at hotel also right) Before that only they have given the room to other persons..!!
