La présence de Clément à qui j'attribue la note de 20 sur 10. Parfait, disponible, réactif, aimable. La literie très confortable.

La vétusté du studio. A lire les commentaires depuis 3 ans, ça vaudrait le coup de : changer la baignoire en douche, nettoyer à fond (voire, refaire) tout l'appartement (dessus de plinthes, interrupteurs, bas du WC, poignée de la porte d'entrée...) Les clés sont à l'image de l'appartement. La vue sur l'immeuble d'en face depuis la terrasse est très désagréable tout comme la vue du voisin du dessus sur la terrasse du studio. L'odeur de la literie (moisi) qui m'a obligée à tout nettoyer au bout de 48h. Studio pas du tout fait pour quelqu'un qui souhaite cuisiner : aucun espace, peu de matériel. Fait pour quelqu'un qui n'y reste pas sauf pour dormir. PS : les codes du portillon et de la porte du garage ne fonctionnent pas.

L'accueil et la gentillesse de Clément. La proximité du logement avec le CHU. La litterie très confortable. Le balcon pour prendre les petits déjeuners et dîners . La climatisation est très appréciable avec la chaleur actuelle. L'appartement dispose de tout le confort necessaire pour un séjour agréable.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire: échanges agréables. Appartement très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description Tellement confortable que l'on se sent rapidement chez soi. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.
