Spacious and comfortable flat. One shower only but enough for 3 people. Excellent equipped kitchen and dining room. Large smart TV and fast WiFi. Comfortable king size beds.

Baile merita un refresh!

Huoneiston keittiö ja oleilutilat olivat tilavat ja viihtyisät sekä ilmastointilaite tehokas. Kappitilaa erittäin paljon! Läpitalon huoneisto, jossa parvekkeet molempiin suuntiin. Erinomaiset tilat neljälle.

Rappukäytävässä oli ajoittain voimakas bensiininhaju. Pienillä parannuksilla (esim. pyykinpesuainetta ja astiapyyhe sekä kätevä lattiaharja tai varsi-imuri vuokranantajan puolesta, useampia avaimia, kirjalliset ohjeet wifiin jne.) asiakaskokemusta voisi parantaa.

The location and the apartment design are great!

Once we arrived, we were directed to another location and Travel Pro Services rep Rafael tried to place us in another apt. We immediately realised it's not the one we booked, and with a shrug, the rep suggested to go to Simon where we'd meet him again 10-15min. After a 12h car ride, this additional confusion, explanation what apt we booked and the time wasted were rather a frustrating start. Once we entered Simon apt, the floors and the apartment overall were rather dusty. The cleaning service arrived the next day. Toilet rug was incredible dirty and the washer was mouldy. Across the hallway, the bathroom shower takes forever to drain, so it's either a weak pressure choice if you don't water everywhere around the bathroom (shower door leak, no proper seal), or if you want decent pressure, it will take forever to drain, and you get water everywhere after the shower, anyways. Bathroom faucet never maintained, limescale everywhere and you will get yourself sprayed with water upon first attempt to wash your hands. Kitchen faucet was even worse. Barely usable, and every dishwashing would leave you wet, walls wet, as the faucet is so faulty, that it creates super strong pressure, mist, and makes you hate everything about it. Please replace it! Also, I would advise putting more bowls and tupperware for storing food. Hairdryer and iron were nowhere to be found. We were chasing Rafael for 5 days to get those for us, and after getting no help, we simply had to go to the Travel Pro Services office and requested those on the spot. Those were provided new an hour later (thank you Katerina). On that occasion we also request Internet replacement, and we were given an additional mifi, as the Internet provided at the apartment is a hit and miss, with a terrible connection and speeds of 2-3Mbps (in 2023)... The new mifi was only a tad better, yet stopped working on the 10th day.
