Park View City Center Location Apartment with Balcony

location near by the mall and bus station

the apartment wasn't clean enough the equipment was old ,The tools were old and not clean, and there was no bath soap, coffee, or tea.

Good location, nice furniture, the apartment has everything you could possibly need. Additional pillows, covers. The bath was a very nice touch.

Wasn't very well cleaned. There wasn't a hanger for the shower, so you need to hold it. Cutlery was dirty, every single item had food residues on it.

For the first 11 nights it was quiet and comfortable

For the last 3 nights I was essentially staying in a building site. I was woken at 8am by a loud drilling noise which was constant from 8am onwards. The final day of my stay the corridor outside the apartment had been opened up by the drilling so when I opened the door I was greeted by piles of concrete on the floor. I was told I would be given a partial refund for the inconvenience and in a month I have not received this or heard anything back. Horrible customer service! (Update, contacted Booking.com customer service and they refunded me for those nights)

The location was a 10 min walk from the central bus station, which is super handy. The bed was comfortable and the balconies were much appreciated. I loved sittinf outside when it was a beautiful day. The internet was also quite good and never dropped out.

Some of the dishes weren’t 100% clean and the stove is quite old (it works just takes some finessing)

- Location was very important for me and being in the vicinity of my eemployers office was the key. Plus having Nivy shopping center close by was a bonus. - Accomodation provided a lot of pictures for the check in process and a clear guide.

- Furniture has already seen a lot and the lether upholstery is already a bit beat up. - Wifi access was not documented anywhere(or I did not find the info), so I had to resort to turning the router around and read the data from the back. I would suggest naming teh wifi network something unique to stand out a bit and provide login information somewhere visible.
